How can we help?

Help with timers, routines, alarms, and world clocks on iPhone and Mac.

Contact support

Email support@pandatimekeeper.com.

Please include your device, iOS or macOS version, app version, and what happened. Steps to reproduce a problem or a screenshot can help. Leave out private information you do not want to share.

Alarms and timer alerts

On iPhone, allow Panda Timekeeper to schedule alarms when prompted. AlarmKit alerts can work through Silent Mode and Focus when authorized. If alerts are unavailable, check the app’s permissions in Settings. Live Activity visibility is controlled separately in your iPhone settings.

On Mac, allow notifications for Panda Timekeeper in System Settings → Notifications. Mac alerts respect your notification and Focus settings. Keep Panda Timekeeper running for its timer and alarm features; Mac notifications are not a substitute for an alarm on your iPhone while your Mac is asleep or off.

Working through a routine

Timer sequences advance when you choose to continue. A completed step does not automatically start the next one. You can pause, resume, restart, or stop a running timer from its controls.

iCloud sync

Use the same Apple Account on your iPhone and Mac, enable iCloud for Panda Timekeeper, and make sure both devices have a network connection. Open the app on each device and allow time for changes to sync. Saved content syncs through iCloud; alert permissions and notification behavior are specific to each device.

If content still differs, contact support before deleting or reinstalling the app. Tell us which device has the data you want to keep.

World clocks and shared time

Add cities in World and choose a home time zone as your reference. Use Plan to compare a future date and time or find overlap between each city’s preferred hours. The result depends on the selected date, time zones, and working-hour settings.

Requirements and privacy

Panda Timekeeper requires iOS 26 or later on iPhone, or macOS 26 or later on Mac. iCloud sync requires an Apple Account with iCloud enabled.
